Before you cancel
Be sure to review the Airline rules + restrictions in your itinerary to see what the airline will let you do and what fees they charge for flight cancellations.
Steps to take when canceling your flight ticket.
Step 1 - Go to Ticketing on the top right hand menu of the FlapaBay Travel + website.
Step 2 - Under Ticketing click on cancel, then choose flight
Step 3 - It will take you to cancellation page for flights.
Step 4- Enter your Order ID and Email address used when you were booking for the flight ticket.
Step 5 - Once Done then Go to booking and place on Cancel flight ticket.
And vwala you’re done!
